Loan Repayment FAQs

 

1. What paymentmethods are available for repaying my Edgro Finance loan?

Your loan repayment will beautomatically debited from your bank account on the due date, provided you haveset up a valid NACH mandate. Alternatively, you can make payments through ourLoan Service Provider (LSP) partner, Propelld, by visiting their website at Propelld.com. Once there, select the"Pay EMI" option and choose from several payment methods, includingdebit card, net banking, wallet, or UPI. If you'd prefer to receive a manualpayment link, you can request one by contacting Edgro Finance or Propelld'ssupport team at least 72 hours before your due date.

 

 

2. How can I setup Auto Debit for my loan repayment?

To set up Auto Debit, pleasereach out to us via email at info@edgrofin.com. Our support team willassist you with the process.

 

3. What is aSecurity NACH/eNACH mandate?

A Security NACH/eNACHmandate is a requirement where we secure your loan repayment using bothyour EMI NACH/eNACH mandate and a separate security mandate. This serves as asafeguard to ensure the timely repayment of the total loan amount. It ensuresthat the loan is serviced correctly and on time.

 

4. Where can Icheck my upcoming loan due amount and due date?

You can view the due amountand the due date for your next loan installment by logging into Propelld.com with your registered emailaddress or mobile number. This will give you the latest information regardingyour upcoming payment.

 

5. What is arepayment schedule, and how can I get a copy of it?

The repayment scheduleprovides a detailed breakdown of all your monthly payments, including theamounts due and their respective due dates. You can easily access it by logginginto Propelld.com withyour registered email or mobile number.

 

6. What do"Due Date" and "Overdue" mean?

  • Due Date: This is the specific calendar date by which     your monthly installment must be paid. It is outlined in your loan     summary.
  • Overdue: If you do not make the payment by the due date,     your loan becomes overdue. The overdue amount includes any unpaid EMIs as     well as additional charges, as specified in your loan agreement.

 

7. Can I changemy EMI due date?

The EMI due date isautomatically set and generated by the system at the time of loan disbursement.Unfortunately, it cannot be changed once it's established.

8. What should Ido if my Auto Debit did not process my payment?

If your Auto Debit failed todeduct the installment amount, it is often due to insufficient funds in yourbank account at the time of processing. Please ensure your account has enoughbalance to cover the payment. If you experience any issues, please contact usat info@edgrofin.com for further assistance.

 

9. What if mybank account number has changed? How do I update my Auto Debit details?

If your bank account numberchanges, you will need to update your Auto Debit details. To do so, please senda request to info@edgrofin.com. Please allow 15-20 business days for thenew account details to be updated and processed.

 

10. I’ve alreadymade a payment, but it’s not showing in my account. What should I do?

If your payment has not yetreflected in your account, please wait for 24-48 hours for the bank to updatethe payment. If the payment still doesn’t show after this period, please emailus at info@edgrofin.com and attach your bank statement (showing thetransaction date) to help us investigate further.

 

11. How can Iforeclose my loan?

To initiate the foreclosureof your loan, please send an email to info@edgrofin.com. Alternatively,you can also contact Propelld’s customer care at 7375911702 forassistance.

 

12. What is aLate Payment Charge?

A Late Payment Chargeis a fee that is levied if your monthly installment is not paid by the duedate. The exact amount of the charge is specified in your loan agreement andvaries based on the overdue amount.

 

13. When willthe EMI mandate be presented for payment?

The EMI mandate ispresented to your bank for payment two days prior to your loan’s duedate. For example, if your due date is January 5, 2024, the mandate will bepresented on January 3, 2024. The payment will be debited from your account onthe actual due date. If there are insufficient funds in your account, your bankmay impose bounce charges, which are not refundable by Edgro Finance. Thesecharges are imposed by your bank in accordance with their policies.

 

14. Why was mymonthly installment deducted even though I already made an advance payment?

If you've paid in advancethrough another method, your Auto Debit mandate will still process, as themandate is initiated two days before the due date. The amount deductedwill be adjusted for future payments. If the advance payment exceeds thecurrent due amount, we will either credit the excess amount towards your nextinstallment or issue a refund upon your request. Please note that anyinsufficient funds in your bank account may lead to bounce charges, which areset by your bank and are not refundable by Edgro Finance.

 

15. How can Icancel/revoke my Auto Debit mandate?

If you wish to cancel/revokeyour Auto Debit mandate, please send your request to info@edgrofin.com,and our support team will guide you through the cancellation process.

 

16. When can aloan account classified as NPA (Non-Performing Asset) be upgraded?

A loan classified as NPA(Non-Performing Asset) can only be upgraded to a standard asset whenthe borrower has cleared all outstanding dues, including any overdue interestand principal. Once the full payment has been made, the account will bereclassified.
